Would it be spent walking in the woods after a leisurely breakfast or whirling around on a carousel at the fair? Design every moment of your own ‘beautiful day’ from the first cup of fresh coffee until your head hits the pillow. Consider whether you want to share your day or indulge in it all by yourself. Then put a date in the diary and make sure it happens.
