New research from White Water Group in association with NatWest Markets, seeks to learn about good male leaders. Those leaders who succeed in these turbulent, diverse and more complex times, who are inclusive in their approach and are role models for younger men and women. Until now, the gender debate has focused more on women’s advancement and less on men’s roles or how they are evolving. This research aims to rectify that.

Today White Water Group presented the findings of its latest research project: CEO for a Day! We asked UK executives how they saw the future for business and how company culture should change to support this. The result is a mix of modernised business principles and practical tips to create culture change.
