In the corporate world, women’s leadership programmes are becoming very effective tools to retain and develop women moving up towards leadership roles. However, companies often delay this investment until women reach a certain level of seniority, by which time many have already left.
In order to support junior women earlier in their careers, White Water Group has developed a programme to ensure that younger talent benefits from great insight and reaches full potential. We have decided to subsidise this cost-effective programme so that young women can join through self-funding. Companies wishing to enrol junior staff are asked to share the subsidy effort with us.

E-coaching and follow up:
- Between and after sessions to ensure goals are pursued
- Give access to articles, materials and further development events

- Next programme: Weekly from Wednesday 9th November. Each session starts at 6pm and lasts for 1.5 hours, followed by networking
