Throughout your life you will have been told about your weaknesses and areas for improvement but very little time has probably been spent checking and pointing out the talents you have. Do it for yourself by thinking back to an occasion when you were really at your best, at work or in your personal life, whatever comes to you. It’s best if you write a story about the event. Then go through with a fine tooth comb and list every strength you used in that situation. Tell the story in detail to someone else and add any strengths they find.
