Averil was invited to address the Chicago chapter of Network of Executive Women for their fall learning event, and gave the keynote speech to a gathering of over 180 members drawn from all areas of Chicago’s retail sector, various corporations and international finance. NEW is a US based women’s leadership organisation operating across the USA & Canada, representing over 9000 members, 750 companies and supported by 100 corporate sponsors. Averil’s keynote was based on her recent white paper ‘A little less conversation & a little more action: Making the world of work more equal’.
